Be prepared to be on hold for at least an hour. I've spent over 4 hours making calls to them to resolve and issue. Repeated e-mails have gone unanswered. If you get hurt and need to contact them, forget about it. The only thing that works is the automated number that takes your money. They're ridiculous and deserve to go bankrupt. They're awful.

I need your advise. I belong to Medicare with a a secondary insurance with Teamsters Local 856
and I live in Arizona. I never had any problems withmy medical claims until until I move to this state. I recived a medical bill from Southwest Diagnostic Imaging for $181.75 in January and the billing is from 6/08. Southwest calims that the billing was sent to teamsters. teamsters said they never received it, I sent the medicare information to Teamsters so that they could pay and a/o today was informed there was no way that could tell me if they had received the information due to the volume of calims, meanwhile I spoke with the the supervisor at Southwest and told me that she was going to send the claim information to Temasters since they had returned the whole envelope w/o no explantion. What i need to know does Southwest have a contract with Teamsters, If not do I pay this bill. Please advise.
