Terrible Experience - Swarovski crystal bouquet stems

We ordered bouquet stems from this company at the end of September 08 for my wedding at the end of October 08. We spent a couple hundred dollars which was removed from our bank account on the same day. The website explains that shipments are sent out in 3-5 days from ordering. We had received nothing by the second week of October. Upon contacting the woman who runs this company she explained that her and her husband were having problems and he was not giving her orders. She promised us they would be shipped in plenty of time and that "she was working on them as we speak." Two days before the wedding, no crystal stems. We called her and sent plenty of emails to find out what was going on. She said she had mailed them but it turns out she sent them to the wrong address to my aunt in another state, when we had sent her emails with the correct mailing address. She lied about what day she had mailed them on top of everything else. The whole thing was a mess. It did not ruin my day but it was certainly frustrating to have to worry and wait then be treated so badly two days before my wedding. I do not recommend this company to anybody. I understand she personal issues but if that was the case she should have taken down the site and not "promised" a product she had no intention of delivering.

I also had a bad experience ordering from A. Kiss Bouquet Stems. At the end of 10/08 I ordered a few of every type of bouquet stems that were available to get an idea of what kind I liked best before I placed my final order - thank goodness I did that. I waited a few days and never got an email that they have shipped or an update. I emailed the company 3 times and never received a reply. Luckily I paid for my items through paypal and in November I placed a claim through paypal to dispute my purchase and try to get my money back or get my items sent to me. I got my money back in the end through paypal, but I never received an email or anything from A Kiss. They don't have a contact telephone # on their website either, so it's hard to try to get in touch with them. BAD BUSINESS!! BUYER BEWARE!
