Terrible Customer Service & Policies on Cancellation

I too have been a Vonage customer on/off for over 2 years. I signed up in 11/07, and now need to cancel my service as I have to drop my Internet.

I went through 30 minutes of telling the rep. that I needed to cancel, and FINALLY got it through her head.... More...

Oh my gosh, I am going around & around with Vonage right now. I even had to close my Master Card to avoid them from using it. I am afraid they will ruin my good credit. I signed up with them one day & tried to cancel the next day after reading about them on here. They still will not cancel me! Why are they allowed to stay in business? Maybe we could get ahold of some "big guns" on TV & they would help us fight them? Like FoxNews or CNN?
