Terrible Customer Service - Customer Service

DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY--at least online. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can not talk to a human, and they do not respond to any communication via email. The item I purchased online arrived broken. They require a "authorization number" in order to return it and of course they don't respond to that request...terrible, terrible, terrible.
