This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are extremely egotistical, full of attitude, and refuse to look at the big picture....working to satisfy the customer. Very disappointing!

I agree, with the article on 1 and 1 internet, TERRIBLE experience with billing practices. Big mistake using them at all.
