Telemarketing Nightmare

My husband & I have been harassed by Visible.net. We decided to listen to their spiel (both of us together) to find out their bottom line cost & what they offered. Their approach was to intimate that we knew nothing about the internet (I assume to make us think they DID know something). We run our computers on Linux and use Mozilla Firefox as our browser. I have to say that their website looks TERRIBLE on Firefox (something we told them about during our phone call). Today (July 1st) I picked up another call from them on my voice mail. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling, that we are not interested. Last week one of them asked me to take down his number so I could call him if they called again! (Call me crazy, but I figure they should be organized enough to have a list of people who don't want to be called, & why would I spend my money on a long distance phone call to let them know they messed up yet one more time!) So I got on their website and sent them an e-mail to give them the message (again!) that I didn't want to hear from them, that we had already listened to their sales pitch and weren't interested. SO THEY CALLED TO YELL AT US!!

Now that's a great sales tactic! There is absolutely NO WAY IN HELL we will EVER use them for anything in the future!

I am the representative who has been dealing with this client. Her and her husband have had nothing but help from us regarding the calls they receive. Due to the fact that they own several websites we have several records on file which are not always grouped with one another. It may have taken some time to get them all updated, but when it did, I called them to make them aware that it was all updated and to explain why it happened. Rather than leave the conversation at that, they have now proceeded to take their complaint online. Since posting this we have attempted to resolve their issue to the best of our ability and see no reason why it should have even been here in the first place as everything has been done that they have requested. I use Firefox everyday and am a developer myself, I have never seen the site looking the way they've described, so that's not exactly accurate. Also, we never called to yell at anyone, only to resolve their original issue. Makes me wonder what else isn't accurate about their review.
