This is going to sound unreal -- but, it's true. Our TV has been "pausing" on a regular basis any time of day for different lengths of time. Tech Support first told us it was because of bad weather in Texas (hurricane in Houston) which we live in... More...

We are always loosing the picture, in 20 minutes we lost or had a freeze fame 25 times!!!!!I was told by a reliable source after two technicians and support from the telephone that they (ATT) is having lots of problems. Too Bad.What we are paying for is service and we are not getting it. We are in Michigan and they told me it was trouble on the lines ( from the pole to the house) We are on fiberoptic (No poles no lines) What gives???
