I just wanted to write Target to let you all know what GREAT SERVICE, as I was at Target last week.

I saw a young man pushing in carts, cleaning the restrooms and eating areas. Although he was very busy he stopped to help me. I asked him where I could find something and he took me to the product I was looking for. He asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. I don't usually get that kind of treatment at Target (Kona) so I had to ask him what his name is (Gavin)With the superior customer service I received from Gavin I plan to go back. Hopefully he will be there because of him I will go back to Target for the items I need. My hope is that you as a company will see what a great employee this young man is and reward him! Although I would rather not give my name, I do own my own company in town and would be very proud to to have him as an employee myself if times weren't so tough.

I was shopping at Target, 5300 S. Mopac, Austin,TX today and I was helped by Irene and Liz in the clothing section. Irene was most helpful and showed me different clothing items. Liz assisted too. It is nice to see that customer service is still being taught and most of all implemented by the employees.
