Taco Bell located on Williamson Street in Ormond Beach, Fl. Store #022596

This store is less than 5 years old and looks a lot older. It is not taken care of, dirty and has staff changes every day, it seems. We have gone there many times but I think after tonight it will be our last. The floors are dirty, as usual, the entrance walkways are dirty, the tables are always in bad shape, the bathrrom not only smells but most of the time has trash everywhere. My worst complaint today was the tray on the Pepsi machine. It has never to my knowledge been cleaned and is white with build up of slime. There was a broom right by our table standing up, a bucket of dirty water on the counter and a rag left on a table. The staff never looks clean and the order counter always dirty.

Since Taco Bell is our favorite Mexican Food place I wish there was someway we could get the place cleaned up.

Is there anything you can do? Ever since this restaurant has been at this location we have always had problems with the above items. No one seems to want to take care of the place and it shows.

Thank you for your attention to the matter and I would like to hear of what is or can be done at this location.

By the way- Also Report it to Health Department too, forgot to say it!

Johnitta, This Might be a violation of the health department. They can get this Taco Bell Shut Down if they keep this mess. Even if it is 5 years old!
