My order of 8 DVD's in two cases arrived in a paper jiffy bag. One DVD, severely scratched was just floating around in its case not having a cradle in which to be secured. The other case was split across the top edge and 2 DVD's within are scratched even... More...

i ordered 2 box sets of classic 70's tv and they arrived fast in the mail in brown paper jiffy bags. i could here the rattling of discs before i even opened it. 2 of my discs are scratched and won't play, but i guess i got lucky with the other one, it is in good nick. they cost me 220 aussie dollars. but no use in complaining, who listens and is tvdvdworld going to replace them?
