I order the Get Smart series from this company. Most of the disc were of other shows that had been downloaded from the TV. The phone number and email address are incorrect. How do we get this site off the web?

I sent more than $57.00 to this company on August 3rd. To date, I have not received anything and no one has replied to my emails at all. In fact, the link I was given to "track my order" didn't even work. Emails came back undeliverable and my credit card was charged. I am very upset. What can be done?

this place is the worst! I ordered on 8/18, my card was chargeed 8/20. I never recieved my order. I got an email confirmation from Sherry Williamson and replied "where's my order?" never got a reply. sent another email to ordertracker@tvshowmedia.com and got a "you should be recieving tracking number shortly..." and nothing. Tonight I sent both emails another request and both are permanent failures. in my opinion my only recourse is through my credit card. The best website I've seen for items like this is Amazon.com, they are the best, stick with them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! I sent e-mail and they responded and said I would be getting a USPS tracking number shortly, but I never did. I then tried to e-mail them again, and it wouldn't go through. I called a phone number that was on my credit card statement and I got a woman who said to cancel it through my credit card. I called my credit card company and they are doing an "investigation" for me to get my money back. I also canceled my credit card number because after reading these comments, who knows what they will do. I'm also going to file a complaint with the BBB. Geez all these work for a DVD - not worth it. I'll stick with Amazon.

~~~FYI THESE GUYS ALSO HAVE A SITE CALLED TVSHOWMEDIA.COM~~~ I had a similar terribly bad experience with them. I did some research and found all these other sites that were obviously run by the same low lifes.. I already started a forum regarding my bad experience with them. And yes other people have replied with their bad stories.. It goes on and on...............

I have been able to get ahold of their customer service line, but I am having (excuse me) a hell of a time trying to get a refund for a lousy box set of paper chase. One of the discs wasn't even the same tv show. Don't give up on them. Report them to the Better Businesses Bureau. Good luck!

These bottom feeding scum bag losers go by several alias's. TVDVDWORLD, DVDAVENUE, TVADDICTS, and more. My story is exactly the same as all the others. Numerous emails that dvd is on backorder, emailed a bogus tracking # through Canadian Post, who never heard of my tracking #, 800 number immediately put on hold and subjected to the same lame song over and over, they never answer, ALL my emails returned, I tried to cancel the order, they ended up charging me twice $231 X 2 !!!, I just found all this out today. They stole my debit card numbers and made all kinds of unauthorized purchases !!! I feel like such an idiot, I didn't check them out until after I became suspicious. Will let you know if I get anywhere reporting them. I really want to save someone else from being duped.

I also ordered a tv series from them and my card was charged and I never received my dvd's. I called them over and over and after being on hold forever they would alway's say that it was on back order. Needless to say I still have not gotten my movies.

This is True!! Don't buy anyhting from these guys, they are scam artist. I have never recieved my dvd's and their phone number never works. Man, they got me!!

I was a fool too! I ordered My Three Sons complete series. They charged my credit card 120.00
After numerous emails about why I hadn't gotten my DVD's I got what looked like an automated email saying it was on backorder and My Credit Card HAD NOT been charged yet but would be when it was shipped! I knew this was an out right lie so I called my credit card company. They told me to print out the email and I'll be sending that to them. I also filed a complaint at http://www.ic3.gov/

PLEASE everyone file a complaint here and they will hunt down these rip off artist!

Made the mistake of ordering from what seems to have been a prior version of this company, poor quality DVDs delivered with playing issues. Was promised replacements, followed up several times, never got another response or replacement DVDs.

Placed an order later on with this company named above, got a message things were backordered a few days, never got a delivery, called the first number they had and left several messages, sent more emails, finally got an email with a new phone number that never works and a reverse lookup phone directory search indicated was a cell phone - not likely for a business help desk phone number. Never got an email response for the past few months despite numerous attempts.
Realized a bit too late that this is apparently the latest incarnation of the first place that quit answering, based on similarity in email addresses.

Do a bit of Googling, and you can find multiple versions of very similar looking websites, same look and feel, same organization, same offerings. Suspicious, no?

Thank you HomeRuleforEngland. I wanted to place an order for the Father Knows Best complete series but was dubious as no other Video Stores have this. Now I know why. When I tried to contact TVDVDWorld to ask how they happened to have it, I never could make a connection. Thanks so much for helping me to not make a costly mistake!
