After orderin my camera, I got an email stating that I needed to call to confirm. A hustler on the other end of the line was pressuring me to buy a memory card for 10 bucks. This wasn't a deal that was online and I declined. Then he offered me a battery saying that the stock battery had only a 15 minute life. This sounded like bs to me so I declined. He was rude, pushy and insulting me about not wanting to spend 20 bucks on a battery. The very worst part ( I could have handled everything else) is that I paid extra to get 3 day shipping since I was going on a trip the following week. I ordered the camera on a Thursday and they didn't ship it out until Tuesday so I didn't receive it on time. He actually said that if I bought the battery he'd ship it that day and I guess because I didn't he decided that I could wait. The company is in Brooklyn and the guy I talked to sounded like the worst kind of east coast shyster. They have no email and a 15% restocking fee. Never again.
