Hello
I received a TV as a gift last summer so I don’t have a receipt nor does the person who bought me the TV. Today my TV stopped working and now I can’t use my TV. I called Tech support and they told me that there is nothing they can do because I don’t have a receipt. They also told me I could pay to get it fixed which will usually cost more than or cost to the price of a new TV So now I am stuck with a broken TV that I cannot get fixed. I have no money to pay to get the TV fixed. I cannot believe that the TV only lasted me about a year and now that its broken LG won’t fix it. I do like the TV but the fact that LG won’t stand behind their products or trust their customers concerns me. I can honestly say that I will never purchase another product from LG because they won’t stand behind their products. I JUST WANT MY TV FIXED Is there anything that you can do to help me with my issue.

do not try to fix that tv.LG sucks. Try to buy new tv with that money. It could take up to 6 months to fix.That much lazy they are. Minim u have to waite 3 months if you send you TV for fixing.
