I apologize that you are encountering this issue with the reimbursement for the service on your TV. My name is Brian and I am part of the Sears Cares escalations team. If you were promised a reimbursement for labor then we need to make sure that you get what was promised. I can’t understand why it would be taking so long. It does typically take about 10 business days (14 regular days) to get a reimbursement check to a customer, but there are times when it may take a little longer. In the email, please provide a contact phone number and the phone number the TV was purchased under (if different than the contact phone number) and we will call you directly.
