Please, save yourself some grief by not ordering anything from www.tvdvdcollection.com or dvd-box-set-series.com. Despite the claim of being an honest merchant committed to superior customer service, they are anything but what they claim. I did receive the merchandise that I had ordered but the product was not what they claimed it was. They assert that their products are "All of our sets are in ENGLISH, foreign import manufactured and authentic international DVD box sets and may have very small foreign writing on the discs or the packaging which means you save money!" yet the set that I had received had many DVD's that were clearly labeled as for "Review only. Not for distribution or resale". After the 30 day period for returns or exchanges expired, they ceased to respond to emails or complaints.
While it may cost you a couple of dollars more, please shop on amazon.com where you have a recourse.

0 People, please do not just give up and let them keep your money, that is what they are banking on. Just call your credit card company and inform them of the situation, misrepresentation, and non-response and they will do a charge back on the card. You can easily get your money back this way, they understand that there are companies out there like this.
0 Avoid www.bestdvdseries.com like the plague. I ordered the complete COLUMBO TV series. When the merchandize failed to arrive, I sent the company an email and received back a promise that they would track the order and send me a replacement. I been waiting..and waiting..and waiting. After 8 further inquiring emails, I've given up.
0 I like these other people ordered a copy of the series the wire. I never got any DVDs and they will not reply to any emails...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE it is a load of crap!!
0 I have also been scammed. I purchased a dvd boxset of the Sopranos on Jan 11/09 and no response to my emails. The phone number on the bill was disconnected. I will difinately continue to purchase from amazon!
0 I have also been scammed. I too purchased a DVD Boxset of LOST on Jan 17/09 and no response to any of my e-mails. It wasn't until only looking on-line to see if there were any complaints about this company, that I learned of your unfortunate experience also. I phoned my credit card company and they will dispute the charges. The bottom line is to use a reputable web-site like Amazon.com where there is recourse available. Since I believe in Karma I am happy to know that these people are reaping what they are sowing!!
