THEY SHIP EXTRAS AND WONT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN THEM

I called the number given on TV and was patched through to a computerized ordering system. I tried to get to a real person but could not. I went ahead and ordered one, regular set ... the computer tried to get me to buy a bigger globe for a 'good price' .. .then they tried to get me to buy another set or two ... I finally got so fed up of wasting my time listening to the sales spiel, I hung up. When I received my shipment, they sent me TWO sets and charged me $46+. I called them and was told I could return one set and they'd credit me $12+ plus tax or if I agreed to keep the second set, they'd give me a $10 credit. THIS IS HOW THEY SELL SO MANY!!! THEY SHIP EXTRAS THEN GET YOU TO PAY FOR THEM BY OFFERING $10 OFF!!!
I called the phone number on my bank account listing and got customer service. I was told I must have ordered two sets ... I said I have three plants, why would I want 8 globes? He said it may have been inadvertent! I said if it was, then your automated system is flawed.
I got nowhere! THIS IS FRAUD!

this is why I only buy in stores if I can't see it in person I'm not buying after being hustled I could never be satisfied with a product no matter how good it was
