This claim is completely false and is an act of slander toward our company. The item the customer ordered was a signed Alex Rodriguez glove. Besides having legal affidavits to back the legitimacy of this signing, the glove is MLB certified, meaning, Major League Baseball representatives were present at the signing and have affixed a tamper proof hologram to the glove. Further, Alex has completed exclusive signings for the marketing company who sells to both SportsMemorabilia.com and Steiner Sports (the company who the customer claims has 'the real autographs'). In fact, SportsMemorabilia.com has sold Alex Rodriguez product to Steiner Sports (which the customer said he would rather get the items from). Customers have the right to question the authenticity, we will in turn provide all answers to prove the legitimacy for items. However, false claims about our company partaking in fraudulent activity is a libelous claim that can harm our company's reputation as far as authenticity. A claim such as this will require the action of our attorney to seek reimbursement for damages in a court of law.
