i bought a 80 gig ipod from best buy on (02/12/06)and my ipod had problems on (08/11/08) and i quote from the receipts cause the ipod would not shut off properly ans sometimes it won't shut off at all but the thing is i am 8 hours away so i cant pick it up in the store so they said it would be mailed to me but i did not recieve it yet today is (24/11/08) i had been calling since 4:00 today and it is now 8:56 and finally someone called back to say well all i can do is apologize and tell my employees to mail it basically and holy s*** that set me off so now if i dont get it i will ask for a new one especially when there ipods dropped by half now the reciept said (399.99)+(99.99) so almost 500 bucks there and they basically told me to stfu

all in all dont shop at best buy please dont make the same mistakes i do
