THE REP DID NOT TELL ME THAT!!!!! - Truck Rental

WELL MY REVIEW WITH UHAUL BEGINS LIKE THIS.I HAVE CALLED IN TO RESERVE A PICKUP TRUCK.THE REP HAPPILY ASK ME FOR WHAT DAY?,I THEN SAID TODAY AROUND NOON I WILL BE PICKING IT UP.SHE SAID WILL I WILL NEED A CREDIT CARD TO RESERVE THE TRUCK BUT DON'T WORRY WE WILL NOT CHARGE ANYTHING WHEN YOU COME IN TO PICK UP THE TRUCK YOU CAN THEN PAY FOR IT CASH IN THE LOCATION.I SAID OKAY.AND BY THE THE WAY SHE DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT A DEPOSIT OR A HOLD THAT IS PLACED ON THE CARD,SHE DID NOT MAKE THAT CLEAR TO ME WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE.SO I WENT IN TO THE LOCATION I SAID WELL I AM HERE TO PICK UP THE TRUCK FOR THE ONE DAY FEE OF 19.95.

OUT THE CLEAR BLUE SKY THERE WAS A DEPOSIT OF 100.00 THAT I HAD TO PAY.I SAID WELL THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT OVER THE PHONE IF THEY WOULD OF TOLD ME THAT THEN I WOULD OF PROBABLY CANCEL BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ALL THE MONEY AT ONCE,AND SECONDLY I WISH THEY WOULD OF SAID SOMETHING BECUASE IT THEN STARTED TO RAIN AND I HAD MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGTHER IN THE RAIN ON THE FUCKEN BUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEN I CALLED THEM BACK TO SAY THAT THEY DID NOT TELL ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE.I WAS VERY UNHAPPY AND UHAUL SUCKS!!!!AND THEY NEED TO GET BETTER REPS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!!!
