THE LAMEST CUST SVC IN THE WORLD - Cable Service

Time Warner consistently raises my cable bill probably every quarter. I called 3 times to get them to lower my bill and they hung up on me every single time. The internet goes out probably 1-2 per week.

My suggestion is to stay far away from Time Warner!
