Please Improve

We have an Inspiron 1420 laptop and i must say i will never buy from dell again. This is the third computer we have gotten from them just because the other two we junk. then when you call tech support they make the computer worse that it was but put the blame on the consumer. i do not recommend anyone to buy a dell because the computers are junk and the customer service sucks.
