T-Mobile is the best Cell Phone provider I have ever had.

I have been with T-Mobile since they first came to be and even back then when coverage wasn't as good as some others it has done nothing but improve. I think T-Mobile should use the "can you hear me now" phrase since they cover many areas that Verizon doesn't and when they don't cover an area they have contracts with those who do so your service remains the same and you don't pay anything extra for that.

My experience with their customer service has always been amazing, it has been better than what I have expected and ordering a new phone or paying my bill has always been easy. Their customer service staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

For those of you who disagree, I have to wonder if it isn't the way you are speaking to these people that is getting you the poor results that you don't want.

All I can say is that I am thrilled to be a T Mobile customer, and I have turned many of my co-workers, friends, and family member into T-Mobile customers as well. They are all happy with the service as well.
