T-Mobile-Just Bad - T Mobile Customer Sevice

I have been suffering with my bad decision to use T-Mobile . I live in the center of Phoenix, AZ and get little or no coverage. T-Mobile could care less-I am bound by their contract. I am a decision maker with a small company that has 20+ Alltel phones. T-Mobile will not get any of this business at any price. T-Mobile customer service stinks.
