T Mobile Customer Service SOCKS - T Mobile Customer Sevice

The good thing about T mobile is that it is cheap. The bad thing is that you pay for what you get! The customer service SOCKS. They are instructed to hang up on you if they don't like your request. Kandis from customer service hang up on me on 02/05/09 around 2 pm. And there is no way to send a feed back to customer service of T Mobile.

Totally 100% agree! My gf returned an unwanted phone(never used!) and asked for a refund. She called the customer service three times, the first two times they said they refund us, but in three weeks we never get the money back. Then, the last time we calling(holding upto 40 mins), what the customer service did is saying that they did not receive the phone! But thanks god we kept the tracking number!!! And on RoyalMail's website it shows the parcel has been delivered and got somebody signed!!! A deliberate lie!!!! Then they got nothing to say, but asking us to wait they call again. I was listening all those bullshits and feeling really really angry.
They made a worst customer service i've ever used!!!! ohhh pleeeease! Sir Alan Sugar, fire them!!!!! fire them!!!!!

OMG!!! The hold time for a customer service rep is horrible. 1 hour just to get someone on the line and then you can't even understand what the person is saying. Tmobile has outsourced their customer service. Then after waiting 1 hour and explaining my concern I was told by a representative that I would be called back within 30 minutes. 2 days later I am still waiting. I've been with this company 5 years and I can not believe how bad their customer service is now.
