I had wrote an e-mail several weeks ago but did not receive a response back from Walgreens regarding an excellent employee who waited on me several time with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ms. Akyra, has been an outstanding employee, she knows the right words to say and how to assist a customer who needs a manager and not a sales person. She has come to my aide several times. I wrote an e-mail a few weeks ago to you about Ms. Akyra but did not hear back from you. Please let her know that a customer feels she is doing an excellent job and keep up the good work.

Thank you for trying to compliment a good employee. It really means a lot to me personally, and I hope the word got back to the employee. We mostly only ever hear about the complaints. We truly do have thousands of employees who really care about the people they care for, and most of them do not get enough recognition. Thanks again.
