I was reluctant to make such a big and important purchase such as wood flooring for my entire house on the internet, but I am so pleased with the experience and the outcome. The savings were phenomenal!! The customer support was outstanding. I don't think Lowe's or Home Depot would've guided us step-by-step through the process like David from qualityflooring4less.com did. He was so helpful and patient. When we were short on materials ( I was an emotional wreck), David (calm, cool, and collected) went above and beyond to get us the extra flooring and glue we needed the very next morning. I can't say enough nice things about David. He really came through for us when we needed him...even though he was hundreds and hundreds of miles away.
