Sucks. Dont go there - Samsung TV

They are sucks. Dont buy TVs from them. I brought a 40"TV and went on 3rd day for an upgrade to 46" TV. they are charging me 50% restocking fee. After a big fight, they came down to 30% restocking fee. I wont go there again.

amen to that!! bought tv.surround sound ton of stuff from them,, told me a get a 75.00 rebate on my cable bill,comcast said no such thing..been 6 months,called abc same old story,said its only for basic cable customers,, no such thing never go there again,, say that to get you to buy t.v. comcast not backing that offer.....
