Subway customer service is horrible - sandwiches

Food is good. But for the most part, customer service is horrible. I feel rushed every time I go in to all of the Williamsport locations. And sandwhiches not made to what I order. A good portion of the employees act like they don't want to be there and make me feel like I, as a customer am imposing on what they were doing. I continue to eat at these locations due to it being healthier eating compared to eating at Mcdonald's. I am going to give these locations one more chance if nothing has changed I will not return. I will give my business to another deserving company that treats their customers with respect and to feel welcome. Not as a bother.

I WORK AT A SUBWAY IN TEXAS AND I OPEN THE STORE AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A BREAK FOR LUNCH OR ANYTHING

I agree wholeheartedly with "goodforyou". I recently quit a Subway rest. because every day I went to work I always felt irritable and hated it. However, the associates that I was working with and manager I was working for made it impossible to do a professional job. The employees I worked with were loud, slow and again, very unprofessional. The manager seemed to be doing a lot all the time, but that simply was because she cannot delegate resposibilities well enough and, the staff there that are capable of doing a good job, well, she made them feel stupid and yelled at them all the time. I will never work for ANY Subway EVER again.

you are probably feeling rushed cuz your bitchass cant make up your mind whether you want olives or banana peppers while theres nine in a hurry people behind you. and try working at a subway, bet you wont be able to smile past the first hour, they have to chop vegetables all day
