Subject Malfunctioned Cellular Phone Purchase!-

I purchased a Motorola Krazor 1 (cellular phone) for $213. 98. Everything was in Italian Language in the menu. In addition, there are so many menu dysfunctions on the phone. Bottom line, Phone is a defective phone!!. I had to call Motorola to solve the problem, there was no help! I called the N1 Cellular and left numerous phone messages and sent out emails. I did not get any feed back until now. I spent almost 3 1/2 days to resolve this issue. Finally, I called my bank to stop the payment.

* Very poor customer service, ( because, they do not have a customer service.!) I do not recommend to anyone. Please be careful...
