Stub Hub no control for the buyer

i purchased two tickets for a yankee game at the new stadium. unfortunately, i could not use that date. i wanted to sell those tickets since it was a week in advance of the game. i could not get stubhub to release those tickets until 3 hours before the game. i flew into nyc and did not have access to a printer. as a result, i could not give those tickets away. yet, they authorized my credit card for that week and charged me for use of the tickets which i had no control.
