Stranded in over107 degree heat after a bus had a flat tire. Instead of call someone in the town 5 miles away they sent a person from Las Vegas. We had no water on the bus. We were stranded over 3 hours. The company customer service will not respond to a petition submitted by the 35 people on the bus.

What a nightmare! Have you considered reporting them to the BBB? At least you have sites like this where you can share what happened with others. I've had bad experiences with Gray Line myself. Thanks for your review and I'm sorry you had to deal with that, sounds miserable!
