Stonewalling Fraud - Baseball Tickets

I purchased three tickets from Stub Hub for a baseball game in Dunedin, Fl. On the email from Stub Hub they identified the tickets as being behind the dug out. They were not behind the dugout but were in left field at field level completely obstructed by a fence and rolled up tarp. I offered to send pictures from the seats showing that you could not see the field from them along with a letter from the ballpark stating that these were obstructed seats. Stub Hub immediately defended the seller by saying, "they probably had never been to this park and didn't know these seats weren't behind the dugout". In other words the seller can commit consumer fraud and Stub Hub can pass that fraudulent statement along in their email to the buyer but neither the seller nor stub hub are responsible for any "truth in advertising". The price of the tickets was fair but the principle of Stub Hub taking a predatory view of the customer and defending the fraudulent statement of their business partner (the seller) deserves to be brought to the attention of the public. I am filing a complaint with the California Dept of Consumer Affairs and intend on publishing this action. Not once in my conversation with the Customer Service Rep nor her supervisor did either say, "I am very sorry this happened". To the contrary I was lectured on the risk of both the seller and buyer. I am a Certified Management Consultant with clients in every major city in America. Our firm has worked with management of many Fortune 500 firms to develop a "customer centered" business strategy. The only risk to consumers is when they google - stub hub.com. Don't do it, they are unashamedly the agents only of the seller regardless of the seller's truthfulness.
