Stonebridge Life Insurance - Credit Card Protection

I have two credit card protection insured by Stonebridge Insurance Co. Capital One Credit card and Hsbc and each one has different benefits but the premiums are the same. Capital one pays the monthly min. payments for 9 months after the 30-day waiting period on unemployment and then supposed to pay off the bal. if still unemployed after 9 mos. No hassle there. But with Hsbc, I've only gotten the premiums and interest refunded no min. payments have been made. I have been unemployed since 01/30/2009 and have filled out several forms since Feb. 2009 even notarized 2 of them. They have frozen the account until after 12 months and the coverage stops. I am responsible for the balance. My question is, why is the coverage different. I had 4 other accounts covered by GE Money Bank which after 3 mos. were paid in full. The benefits were the same on each one. I will close these accounts after paid and will not recommend either credit card to anyone. It pays to check out who insures your card.
