Still waiting on a part - service and product

I ordered a complete shower set on 07-14-09, recieved my order but, the trim piece came with a missing part and missing screws. I am having a real hard and frustrating time with the customer service @ glamordecor, they treated me by being impatient, keeping me on hold for over 15 minutes at a time and telling me they were going to send this part two weeks ago when I called. Now when I did not recieve the part I called them yesterday 09-02-2009 and they said they would send the part this friday. when I send a email same day to reconfirm, I got no answer as yet. My Remodel is done and the contractor has left, but my shower cannot be used since we have a missing part, I now will have to pay my contractor/plumber an additional charge to come and complete this project, I am getting ready to just cut my losses and order this part through another more realiable vender. I AM SO FRUSTRATED and I am a ARCHITECT to top this.........

THE WRONG PART finally came in 09-21-2009, they did not bother mailing it over night or anything and they send the wrong part, now I just want my money back and go to another Aquabrass supplier to complete the shower as I have installed the shower head and can't rip this out......I am stuck, hopefully I won't have a bad experience with another Aquabrass dealer
