I ordered a bathroom light from a Restoration Hardware store in November, and was told it would be delivered in two weeks. Each time I call to inquire about the light I'm given a new backorder date somewhere in the future. The customer services reps never seem to give any explanation of why the light didn't arrive on the previous backorder date. The latest story I was told is that it is backordered to mid-March. I never expect to see this light.

I can't recommend that anyone ever order a product from Restoration Hardware. By something that's in stock in a store if you must, but never, ever, order something, either from within a store or online.
