Still Holding - Extended Warranty

I'm on my second day of holding for more than an hour for a person. Depending on how this pans out will determine if I ever buy a Nordic product of deal w/ UTS again. I've got an extensive email list and I'm not shy about using it.

This is my second day calling. I've been on HOLD for a total of 1.5 hours. This is a new experience for me as in the past 4-5 years the answers wer prompt. Does this reflect the economy for 2009?
