I am a former employee of "kay jewelers, " otherwise known as Sterling Jewelers . I used to work for over five years in the 60 days collections department out of the home office in Akron, Ohio. I am writing this report for both customers and employees that deal with this company. Sterling Jewelers is the owner of multiple jewlery stores throughout the USA. Some of the brands are, Kay Jewelers, J.B Robinsons, Belden's, Jared's, Osterman's, and about a half dozen more.

My advice for current customers: Know your rights. Take down names and times you've received phone calls.

Shame on your Sterling Jewlers.

Customer service blows. You lose rings and I've never had my ring to me on time. The Sales people are rude as heck, and honestly my husband and I are going to get all our friends and family to boycott Kay...PERIOD!Ya know there are a lot of people in the military I hope Kay loses a lot of business!

I hated working for Kays myself! nothing but bs and gossip and they try to use you like a slave! I was a part time employee working 40-50 hours! yeah that's not part time my manager was scandalous so was the Dm! to hell with this company!

Um, shame on them for what? Did I miss something?

I work for them too...They don't pay as much as other companies for similar jobs, but otherwise it's a fine company to work for.
