When trying to refund they will give a song and dance on upcoming improvements to get you past your 30 day trial. For example the area codes have been promising an upgrade in 30 days for over 3 months. Call quality is bad, drops calls, and customer support is absolutely frustrating. All they say or type that is, is thank you for your patience there is nothing we can do right now.

It work ok for 3 weeks then my computer went hay wire and it was useless. Now there giving me a run around about the money.

MY experience is about the same. When I called them to sign up for the trial, I asked if they had NH numbers, The sales/ lack of custoner service agent asasured me that they did. She went on to tell me that when I received my package I could go onlinbe and select a NH number that would be best for me. 7 dsyd later.. I rushed the unit here. I went onlione and there were no NH numbers to be had. Everyone I call and do business with would have incurred a long distance charge to reach me. So I immediately piuulled up a live chat window and when the agent logged on he statred toi try to resell me. After professiuonally yet sternly expressing that it wasn't gonn ahappen he escallated my call to WENDELL.. after 30 minutes of waiting on wwendell to ge an RMA and a postage paifd lable for the return. I loggesd off. Topday I had marginally more success with Jonel.. she got me an RMA but insisted that they would not pay for the return! So i informed he either they pay for the return or its gets tossed in the trash. Anyone inteested in a unused MJ that is going in the trash.. I cancelled my CC as lost and they can POUND SALT! for payment! I also registered a complaint with the NH ATTNY General.
