This place should be called STUPID TO BUY! I was stupid to buy this crap. Ink system is not compatible, did everything they told me to do, still incompatible. Someone named Ivy helped me over the phone, what a retard! Doesn't even speak English! I will never buy from them again.

Anytime you are useing non oem products you may need to do some research & get creative.Theese cis systems work for me and my epson rx595 rx680 r1400 your complaint sounds like B.S. to me. Go to epson, bend over, and buy ink cartridges.For simple minded!

I too had problems with Supertobuy or CSI inks. I ordered a set of ink refill bottles for my cartridges. They sent me a Continuous Ink System with attached ink reservoirs. Although the ink system cost more than the ink that I needed, I really just wanted what I ordered since the amount of ink was more (110 ml instead of 75ml) and I had already bought cartridges from another company. I emailed them several times and they never responded-so, I filed a Paypal dispute since it was thru ebay. Finally, company responded thru the dispute that they would send me an RMA via email to send item back and would send me what I ordered. And they NEVER did send RMA. That response was teh one and only time I heard from them-so I escalated the Paypal dispute to a claim. Big Mistake! Paypal obviously protects the sellers that support them and they decided that I needed to return the item at my own cost and show proof of confirmation. I didn't think it was worth the $7 ship for an item that cost me $25. So, I decided to keep their item that they sell for $45 and cancel the claim since it was in their favor. While their prices are enticing, beware if you have any problems. Next time I think I will pay with my credit card through PP and then I can dispute it through my bank.
