Stamps.com customer service - stamps.com service

I decided to give it a chance by taking advantage of the four-week trial. I downloaded the software, configured my printer and received my digital scale in the mail. The Stamps.com software is easy to use, and printing postage using my office printer is a no-brainer. I contacted USPS to pick up my packages from our office, which took much less time than sending my assistant out to wait in line at the post office.
Paying $15.99 a month alone is enough for the convenience was pretty good, but another reason I joined was for the discounts. I mostly send my items through Priority Mail. Stamps.com gives a discount of up to 11 percent on Priority Mail, which has saved me a nice chunk of change. They also offer savings of up to 10 percent on package insurance, 5 percent on Express Mail and up to 8 percent on international shipping.
As I got more comfortable with the Stamps.com software, I started discovering features I didn’t realize it had. My favorite is the hidden postage feature, which lets me print labels without having to reveal how much it cost me to ship the item to the customer.
So far, my experience with Stamps.com has been really positive. I think this service would be great for any small business that ships.
