Stale Cigar and Blowing Smoke - Chrchill Cigars

Bought cigars for $20.00 4/4/09. 6 of them. Individually wrapped. First one was so dry, the wrapping fell off. Took the remaining 5 back today for refund or exchange. Girl said they couldn't. Called manager on phone who said they couldn't. Gave me district manager #. I left two messages, no return. Some fat lday who worked there said against law to refund money. Girl at counter said maybe a refund if I had brought them back day I bought them, but 4 days too long. Cigars still individually wrapped. I do not smoke them often, I just bought them while passing by the store and made a special trip to return them. This was at Jacksboro Highway and Long in Fort Worth Texas. The product was so stale it was useless. You could take the money, you can refund it. Instead just crap. If don't here from someone soon, will sue. No big deal as far as money, but resent the heck out of being told to get lost. Am attorney, but will get someone more expert in consumer small claims. Have never been treated so shabily when I'm standing there with the product in my hand and the receipt.

I already know your attitude; just waiting for the district manager to do nothing to confirm what your attitude toward your customers.

By the way, the merchandise you sold me was a fraud. It was so stale, it was physically unfit for its purpose; other than to allow you to bilk money from folks and then say "too bad."
