Sprint PCS Adds Features and Services without your Authorization.
As a former victim of Sprint, I would like to invite everyone to review your contract with Sprint since you may be paying for feature that you haven't authorized. Their dishonest, and unethical kept addind services to my plan. When I contacted Sprint to remove such unathorized servcies, all I got was the nastiest attitude and employees who refused to remove such services. When I ask for proof that I had authorized those services, I was told that they didn't have any, but that I was obligated to pay or I can cancel and pay an early termination fee.. It was really frustrating because they seem to do want they want with customers and there isn't anybody regulation their dishonest and unethical behavior. Since it was a constant problem I had no choice but to cancel and pay an Early Termination Fee. It was worth it. All my problems, headaches, and disrepect from Sprint is gone. I still got family and friends who are currently suffering from the abuse of Sprint.
