Sofa Interiors Took the Money - Refused to do the Job Right - Custom Chairs

In their contract, Sofa Interiors stated a lead time of 3-4 weeks, then took approx. 4 months to deliver. All chairs had defects in the woodwork. They failed to manufacture chairs to the dimensions attached to the contract, refused to rebuild the wrong-size chairs to the correct dimensions at their expense, and have ignored written communications regarding this problem.
