Small cookies, Big attitude One girl Cookies , Brooklyn, NY.

I first learned about One Girl cookies when I received a boxed assortment as a Christmas gift a few years ago. The cookies were delicious and beautifully packaged so naturally I was excited to learn that One girl was opening a store within blocks of my apartment. My first few visits were fine, even pleasant, but as time went by, the quality of the product and the level of service declined. On one occasion, I went to buy some delicious gelato which was a new offering at the store. I ordered a size that should have served 4 people easily, but I was shocked at how little the woman gave me. I politely asked for more and she impolitely refused. On other occasions, I have felt ignored and pushed aside in the interest of others who seem to be familiar with the staff. Stingy servings and exclusionary behavior have made me lose affection for this place.
