Slow and poor service - Request for Reset

This company has a 100% customer satisfaction gurantee with a refund if not satisfied. The service was slow and way over-priced. When I wrote to the company to say I was not satisfied with the service, not only was I not given any type of refund but I received a very rude and threatening response saying legal action would be taken against me if I did not pay. I immediately paid because I did not want a legal company to take legal actions against me, but I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not use it again.
