McDonals Resturant Complaint

Slow, Bad and Inaccurate Service - Waited to long for order/ dirty tables, drink station not stocked. Off the clock employees working not washing thier hands

I was just at McDonals in LaVale MD, let me tell you have dirty the store was. I had to ask for a towle before my kids could sit at the table. They was not that busy, that they couldn't have someone out in the lobby. The drink station was emptied of lids, etc. The ice tea was emptey. To top it off the manager "Trish" had employee coming of the street working off the clock. The indivudals, did not even wash their hands. The girl behind the counter was very nice and stressed. However the manager never appeared until 20 minutes of a line was happening. The grill area, had so much garbadge on the floor it was bad. To have a resturant carry a big name like this they should so some respect.
