Sleepys refuses to honor mattress warranties - a $2000 mattress developed a 2" valley after just over 2 years. Despite the fact there was no sag at all in the box springs they refused to honor warranty, citing fact I didn't use the metal bedframe they sell, but instead put it on a Thomasville four post bed (a seriously sturdy frame!) The warranty is a fraud and their "high end" mattresses are not!
