inspirion 5100 lap top from dell
DELL put 3 mother boards and three cd roms in this lap top and it still don't work right at all. when they put the other boards in I lost data very important thing I used but when I call them I spend hour on they phone and they try to find out why it not working well at all If it not working now what if they warranty goes out out they what I tell them how un happy I am with I want my money back and they just put me off and tell me that they will fix they will fix this laptop and it still not fix,I dont know what eles I can do.I just what my money back I will never buy a nother dell again would you please help me with this
