This is a complaint about unfriendly service, extensive delay in filling a "from the menu" order and lack of cleanliness in the McDonalds located in Route 40 and Chatham Road, Ellicott City, MD.

I ordered an egg and cheese bagel sandwich, hash brown and a coffee for eating in. The order taker refused my coupon for the sandwich at 1.29 price, saying it was 'already on sale' which turned out to be 1.49. I had to repeat three times that it is an eat-in order.

I waited about 20 minutes. Several customers who came after me got their food. When I asked the order taker about the delay, the response was rude "I will bring it when it is ready". A minute later he asked me what I ordered and when I repeated the order, I got the food in 3 minutes.

The coffee was arbitrarily made with 2 creams and 2 equals, when I wanted two creams and one equal. I returned the coffee and got it done right. The lid on the coffee cup was not closed tight and some coffee spilled on my clothes.

The restaurant itself was less than clean. The floor was somewhat dirty. I left the restaurant 30 minutes later. I could have gotten faster service in the Burger-King in the next block. This visit to McDonalds was an unmitigated disaster.

I was at mcdonalds located at 174 portion road lake ronkonkoma on sunday may 11th for breakfast I ordered 2 baco egg and cheese sandwiches I asked the person who took my order I would like it on english muffin and I said I would pay extra for the english muffin and said I cant do that I replied I dont like there biscuits they taste like clay the difference for english muffin and the biscuit there is a $3.00 diference so I ordered the biscuits it came out cold I ate one and left the other one in the bag and put it back on the counter and left. the employees look like they are sleeping and the service is very slow I will never ever go to mcdonalds again thank you kenneth leich man 631 981 6965 42 bayard strret lake grove new york 11755 thank you
