Shantell Macias,

I am a very Dissatisfied customer of sprint. i've been having issues with them since August about 200$ added on to my bill since then. they transfered me over to there insurance company Assurian, and they even assured me that i wont have this problem again. the've been issuing temporary credits to my account. because of the 200$ it's been interrupting my service so now i guess they fixed the 200$ problem now there saying i still owe them 275$ for the temporary credits that they've been putting up there which is not my problem and i dont feel like i need to pay that. because of this 200$ incident my service has been interupted for the longest time. they've inconvience me enough. and there customer service suck.
